Villa Katsu , A Modern Sanctuary Surrounded by Nature
Tucked away in a peaceful natural setting, Villa Katsu is a beautifully designed contemporary retreat, where clean architectural lines meet the warmth of wooden shutters and natural textures. Inside, the villa is bright and welcoming, with sunlight streaming through large windows and dancing across white walls and ceilings. Splashes of color from carefully curated artwork and decorative accents add a vibrant energy to the calm, elegant space.
This refined aesthetic carries through to the villa’s eight inviting bedrooms. What sets Villa Katsu apart is its unique layout—two identical wings, each with four bedrooms, offering a harmonious and practical setup. These wings are connected by a central entrance, making the villa ideal for larger groups or multiple families seeking shared experiences with personal space. Each wing includes its own fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a mezzanine, all thoughtfully arranged for comfort and functionality (as shown in the floorplan in the final image).
Outdoors, Villa Katsu is part of a larger estate and shares a striking infinity pool with two neighboring villas. Set within 23 hectares of untouched woodland, the property is a haven for nature lovers. Explore shaded trails, relax in a hammock, swing beneath the trees, or enjoy a friendly game on the volleyball court. The estate is designed to encourage both connection and calm.
After a day of outdoor adventure, unwind with a drink on the deck, soak in the stillness of the forest, or explore further afield. The nearby sand dunes of Comporta invite peaceful walks, and the region’s pristine beaches are perfect for horseback riding or simply soaking up the coastal charm.
Villa Katsu offers a rare combination of contemporary style and natural beauty. Its spacious layout, thoughtful design, and stunning surroundings make it the perfect destination for families and friends to gather, relax, and create unforgettable memories—each guest enjoying their own space while staying connected to what matters most.
