Slowing the biological clock

Slowing the biological clock

Ageing is not one process but many, and a surprising number of them respond to inputs as ordinary as light, temperature, water and sleep.

The Protokol works on those levers. Circadian lighting re-anchors melatonin; thermal contrast conditions the vascular system; hydrogen-rich water lowers the background hum of oxidative stress; and the architecture itself removes the micro-stressors of ordinary days.

We are careful with claims. A week cannot rewrite biology, and we would distrust anyone who said otherwise. What a week can do is demonstrate, measurably, how the body behaves when it is finally given ideal conditions.

Guests leave with a baseline — resting heart rate, sleep depth, morning clarity — that becomes its own argument for living differently the other fifty-one weeks.
